In the anesthesia machine, SM9541 pressure sensor can be used to measure expiratory velocity, inspiratory velocity, expiratory pressure, inspiratory pressure, PEEP.SM9541 series is a high stable piezoresistive pressure sensor chip mounted on a ceramic substrate. It USES the thin film resistor on the ceramic substrate for zero correction, zero temperature compensation and sensitivity temperature compensation. It is driven by a constant voltage source.
